GloZone Password Troubleshooting Steps

Below you'll find some troubleshooting steps to help resolve issues experienced when trying to reset your GloZone password. If you still have issues after going through these steps or if what you are experiencing isn't listed below, please feel free to reach out to us.
1. Account locked
If you tried entering the wrong password for more than 3 times in case you had forgotten yours, the account will be automatically locked. This is a security feature.
You do not have to contact the administrator when your account is locked due to wrong password. You can proceed to “Set up a new password” by following the password reset steps provided at the beginning of this document.
2. Incorrect Username or Password
If you see this error, double the username you are entering. Your username should be your first name, space, last name.
Ensure the username is in the correct order and not in or that you are not entering an email address but the username that was provided to you.
3. Account Deactivated
If you see a message ”Your account has been deactivated”, you won’t be able to get through by resetting the password. In this instance please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you in providing you the necessary access.
4. Saving your password is prohibited
Very rarely you could see this error.
- Easy fix would be to just refresh the page and then trying signing in and it should work
- If that doesn’t work, then clear all cache and cookies and sign in again. You can follow the steps provided here for Chrome
